PRHI offers an array of support services that empower healthcare organizations to develop the capacity for continuous quality improvement. With years of on-the-ground experience, PRHI’s skilled coaches and trainers help organizations to identify organizational improvement goals and develop a tailored approach to implement, spread, and sustain positive change. The bedrock of this work is Perfecting Patient CareSM, PRHI’s Lean-based quality improvement methodology to increase efficiency, eliminate errors, and achieve better health outcomes. In 2017, PRHI equipped healthcare organizations from across the continuum with the tools and training to thrive in an environment of team-based care, technological advancements, and value-based payment.
