Objective

Palliative Care educational resource for those wishing to increase their basic knowledge of palliative care or a more specific aspect. Resources are provided, as well as links to other important resources.  Components of this education include  Basics, Acute Care, Advanced Care Planning, Long Term Care, POLST Education, and Changing Expectations.  Materials are designed to be pertinent for health care providers from various backgrounds and settings.  Some materials or links may be helpful for families and patients as well.
